The people that are assigned to talk to you about your vehicle dont know anything. They cant answer any questions. All they say is I will have to talk to a technician and they never get back with you. I received messages that I would get a call that morning never got it. I sent a message late that evening and got a message promising I would get a call at 9am the next morning again never got it until after 12 when I sent another message. I never got the answer to the question I was waiting for. I ended up calling another dealership to get the question answered.

Received a text message from the service department recommending replacing my windshield wipers that were two months old. I understand the "upsell" in auto repair is common however when it is not at all warranted, I would call it fraudulent. Had I agreed to this, I would have paid almost another $100 for a wiper blade that is literally lower quality than the ones I currently have. So, I won't be back. It's a shame since I've been a loyal customer since purchasing a vehicle in 2010.

Your diagnostic fee is insanely high - probably one of the highest I’ve ever seen from a dealership. Express oil change charges $150 an hour, so I’m not entirely sure how you justify that. Service was fine, handled well and everyone was very nice, but that was a massive negative.

I contacted Sheryl regarding my Trailblazer SS to see about replacing my suspension with coils. Sheryl provided me with a quote and a date to bring it in for repairs. I had to have my truck towed in to the dealership, but due to an error on my part. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle that I did not cause. I had called in advance and had an appointment to have the truck delivered at 12:15. Correction of the problem required draining, flushing and refilling the engine cooling system with prescribed coolant. It took almost 3 hours to complete the service, which seems a bit excessive.
