I had to have my truck towed in to the dealership, but due to an error on my part. There was nothing wrong with the vehicle that I did not cause. I had called in advance and had an appointment to have the truck delivered at 12:15. Correction of the problem required draining, flushing and refilling the engine cooling system with prescribed coolant. It took almost 3 hours to complete the service, which seems a bit excessive.

The people that are assigned to talk to you about your vehicle dont know anything. They cant answer any questions. All they say is I will have to talk to a technician and they never get back with you. I received messages that I would get a call that morning never got it. I sent a message late that evening and got a message promising I would get a call at 9am the next morning again never got it until after 12 when I sent another message. I never got the answer to the question I was waiting for. I ended up calling another dealership to get the question answered.
